Agent D'expérience Client

The agent at the client experience plays a key role in welcoming patients by embodying professionalism, courtesy, and empathy. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for conveying a positive image of the company while supporting the staff.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients warmly, whether in person, by phone, or by email, adopting a professional and attentive attitude.
  • Manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Create and update patient records.
  • Process orders and billing for client materials.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate professionals according to their needs.
  • Transmit reports to the doctor and inform patients of the receipt of these results.
  • Perform necessary report conversions.
  • Prepare, upload, and enter patient information.
  • Contact patients to schedule appointments.
  • Create a file for new patients.
  • Assist in the preparation and upload of monitors.
  • Enter patient information into the system, including questionnaire entry and sending for analysis.
  • Manage the reception and archiving of preliminary and final reports, and inform patients.
  • Confirm appointments and ensure all data is correctly entered into the computer system.
  • Gather necessary information to complete patient records.

Profile Sought

  • DEP in office work or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, in the health field (an asset).
  • Excellent mastery of the Office suite and comfortable with computers and QuickBooks software.
  • Good sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Interpersonal skills and autonomy in work.
  • Rigor, organization, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficiency, courtesy, attention to detail, and active listening to patient needs.

Working Conditions

  • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Salary starting at $21.86 per hour according to salary policy and job requirements.
  • Group insurance plan available after 3 months.
