Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager at Talent.com, you will be responsible for the performance and satisfaction of EMEA clients through data-driven campaign management and strategic recommendations. You will manage a portfolio of clients, optimize their online job advertising campaigns, and work with our internal teams to turn their needs into concrete, measurable, and results-oriented actions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Optimize and develop advertising campaigns based on client objectives and performance data
- Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on their retention and growth
- Resolve issues related to account configuration, technical aspects, and general product usage
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Traffic Acquisition, etc.) to translate client needs into actionable steps and convey feedback to influence product or operational improvements
- Analyze campaign data and adjust parameters to improve performance
- Meet with clients as needed to review performance and strategy
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree or equivalent in business, digital marketing, data analysis, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in online advertising, client relations, or business analysis
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Comfort with data analysis and performance-based decision making
- Excellent communication skills
Additional advantages include:
- Knowledge of the PPC advertising model
- Skills in SQL or database querying (Redshift, PostgreSQL or equivalent)
- Proficiency in other languages (Dutch, German, Italian)
- Previous experience in HR Tech or recruitment advertising sector
