Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager at Talent.com, you'll drive the performance and satisfaction of EMEA clients through data-driven campaign management and strategic insights. You'll own a portfolio of clients, optimize their online job advertising campaigns, and partner with internal teams to translate client needs into clear, measurable actions that drive results and client retention.
What You'll Own and Drive
- Optimize and grow campaigns based on client goals and performance data
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on retention and growth
- Resolve client issues related to account setup, technical troubleshooting, and general product usage
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Traffic Acquisition, and other teams internally to translate client needs into clear internal actions and feedback client insights to influence product or operational improvements
- Analyze campaign data and adjust campaign settings to improve performance outcomes
- Meet with clients when necessary to review performance and strategy
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years' experience in online advertising, customer success, or business analytics
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable analyzing data and making performance-based decisions
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with PPC advertising
- Knowledge of SQL or database querying (Redshift, PostgreSQL, or similar a plus)
- Additional languages (fluent): Dutch, German, Italian
- Prior experience in HR tech or recruitment advertising industry
