Where You Make an Impact:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop warm leads.
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right Kaiser+Kraft solutions.
  • Manage pricing, margins, and contract topics within your accounts.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Customer Service to deliver excellent support.
  • Follow up on offers, keep CRM data up to date, and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Monitor the market and competitors to spot growth opportunities.
  • Prepare customer meetings and support strategic account development.
  • Analyse customer results and take action to improve performance.
  • Contribute to special projects and support team initiatives when needed.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Very strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
