Where You Make An Impact:

  • Correct registration and follow-up of complaints within the specified deadlines
  • Administration and processing of returns and monitoring of quality issues with suppliers
  • Monitoring, recording, and communication of delivery times, monitoring of grouped orders and monitoring of specific customer requests (labels, delivery notes, prior email notification before delivery)
  • Oversee strategic optimization of the eCommerce platform and measure success via KPIs and ROI.
  • Ensuring correct invoicing to customers (preparation and sending)

What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

  • Good proficiency in MS Office, CRM applications, and ordering systems
  • Empathy and the ability to think in a solution-oriented manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French
  • Reasonable knowledge of English, both oral and written
