The Revenue Accounting Manager oversees and manages the company's revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and ASC 606, managing the monthly customer invoicing, and leading process improvements. Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, leading technical accounting for revenue, implementing internal controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales and Legal and developing the revenue accounting team.

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting is required. CPA license preferred.
8+ years of experience in accounting, with specific experience in revenue recognition (ASC 606). Proficiency with ERP systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce and Kantata.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and its application. Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of revenue recognition principles in a project-based environment. Experience with Power BI, Adaptive Planning or similar reporting tools. Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
