The Wholesale Account Managers Lead will oversee and guide the team of Account Managers, ensuring they are building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of automotive dealers. In this role, you will drive the strategy, set performance targets, and foster team success by enabling Account Managers to exceed expectations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance dealer experience, optimize processes, and scale Sylndr's wholesale operations. Having prior experience in the automotive industry or a passion for cars is a strong plus, as it will enable you to better connect with dealers, understand their needs, and lead the team with industry-relevant insights.
