We are seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to provide excellent service and support to customers in person. Your main role will be to assist with customer inquiries, ensuring they receive the help they need in a timely and friendly manner. You will also assist with managing customer appointments, handling basic administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Strong face-to-face communication skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, customer-focused attitude
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Moderate English proficiency
Greet and assist customers as they arrive
Connect customers with the appropriate team members
Provide product information and address customer inquiries
Ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience
Location: City Center Almaza, but candidates must be flexible with location
