Customer Success Analyst - Onboarding

About the position:

The Onboarding Digital team is responsible for ensuring that our clients of up to 100 lives have an incredible experience right at the beginning of their journey with Swile. Our focus is to support the implementation up to the first recharge, helping clients become autonomous on the platform, always with empathy, agility, and quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accompany the implementation of new clients, ensuring support and autonomy in using the platform.
  • Maintain close and consultative communication via email, WhatsApp, and Slack.
  • Conduct training for clients with low technological autonomy.
  • Ensure a structured transition after the first recharge.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team and other areas to deliver the best experience.
