We're now seeking a number of friendly, focused, service-oriented Representatives to come work with customers of one of the global brands that we support, a giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry.
In this position, you will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to respond to incoming calls, texts and emails; answer questions; build rapport; and resolve issues in a timely manner.
