We will provide all equipment, but to be successful when working from home you must have reliable, hard-wired internet service and a quiet, distraction-free place to work.
Provide customer service support to the providers via phone and email
Provide accurate reporting data in compliance with industry standard
Be point of contact for the event vendor management process includes activating and adding new vendors
Accurate issuance of payments to vendors and others
Generating pre and post event reporting
Must be comfortable assisting providers and staff by training them on event management details and event related responsibilities
Fluency in French AND English
Exceptional customer service skills
Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office
Self-Driven, strong multitasking abilities
Ability to work individually and with a team
Prior experience in healthcare setting (preferred)
Prior project/event planning experience (plus)
SME/Floor support experience (plus)
