SharePoint Developer

Primary Purpose of Position: This role is responsible for 2nd level support for the company's SharePoint environment. The role is also responsible for the development, testing and releasing of applications built under the SharePoint platform. The candidate is also expected to assist on the migration process of the SharePoint platform when needed.

Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Manager – ADS PH, the following are expected from this role:

• Work on complex projects independently and with minimal supervision
• Provide input to Manager – ADS PH on possible solutions to business requirements
• Assisting with 2nd level support for any SharePoint/SharePoint Online related queries
• Assess if user request requires approval and escalating the request to the appropriate person
• Development, testing and releasing of SharePoint applications and making sure that the applications are working as per specification
• Assists on the migration of site collections, sites and files to the latest version of SharePoint and making sure that migrated items are working properly on the new SharePoint environment.
• Assist with Regular team reporting requirements

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor's/College Degree in a related field.
• 2-5 year's hands on experience with SharePoint 2010/2016
• Advance understanding of SharePoint Central Administration and SharePoint Online Administration Center
• In depth understanding of the SharePoint platform in terms of functionality, security model and technical limitations.
• Understanding the relationship of SharePoint Online with other Office 365 services (MS Teams, Office 365 groups and others)
• 1 year hands on experience with SharePoint online/Power Automate/Power Apps
• Advanced development skills using SharePoint Designer 2013/Power Automate
• Advanced online forms development using InfoPath 2013/Power Apps
• Basic understanding of networking technologies and how it is related for SharePoint to function.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and how it works with SharePoint
• Advanced understanding of HTML/CSS and other languages
• Ability to prioritize tasks within a multi-tasking environment and at the same time, maintaining high quality of work.
• Ability to work under pressure and efficient management of tasks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take on new work and adapt quickly
• Strong analysis/design skills
• Advance troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to think out of the box (no specific user guide) to resolve issues and deliver projects based on requirements
