Customer Success Manager

We develop innovative, customized, and secure language AI solutions – and bring them to their full potential together with experienced language professionals. Our team of around 100 experts in AI research, software, linguistics, and project management works for over 1500 companies across Europe.
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the central contact person for our clients and ensure that they are optimally supported and accompanied from the very beginning. With technical understanding and enthusiasm for AI and language, you help them get the best out of our products and services. Whether it's complex customer projects, support cases, or coordination with other teams – with your structured and independent working style, you always ensure high customer satisfaction.
The Job
- Consulting and accompanying our clients through all phases – from presales consulting to offer creation and long-term cooperation
- Active acquisition of new clients
- Contact person for our clients regarding technical questions and concerns about our products and services
- Responsibility for contract renewals as well as identification of upsell and cross-sell potential
- Leadership of customer projects
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
The Skills You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Consulting – ideally in the SaaS environment
- Proven communication and consulting skills as well as high customer orientation
- Enthusiasm for AI and language
- Structured and independent working style
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as experience with CRM and project management tools
- Very good German and English skills as well as a confident passive understanding of Swiss German; French skills are a plus
- CH or EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid work permit for Switzerland
