Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
-Create new orders in internal systems as required.
-Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority.
-Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
-Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
-Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
-Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
-Ability to multitask
-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
