What You'll Build

Help deliver a better tomorrow in the world of work by supporting a leading Customer Success Team focused on making customers successful with SAP Success Factors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to customer facing projects such as webinars, training sessions, community initiatives or event management.
  • Support team operations: schedule meetings, coordinate internal follow-ups, and assist with small projects like webinars or feedback collection.
  • Support Product Sponsorship Program by helping arrange meetings, track deliverables and developing materials.
  • Assist RVP by providing ad hoc analysis and research contributing towards projects.

What You Bring

  • Student at University or Apprentice
  • Preferred fields of study or interests, HR, Psychology, Business Management
  • AI Literate
  • Fluent in English. German and French desirable but not essential
  • Strong interest in tech
  • Team player, can do / art of the possible mindset, organization, project skills
  • Working from ideally Zurich office. Prilly office will be considered
  • Preferable experience in a large corporate environment

Where You Belong

The HCM Customer Success Team delivers the promise SAP made to customers when they invested in Success Factors. This is a high performing team of CSMs who will provide a development gymnasium for a working student.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
