What You'll Build

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt, well-written, and friendly assistance to TripIt users via various channels, including email and social media.

Bug Troubleshooting: Identify and report bugs, collaborating with Product and Engineering for fixes and enhancements.

Documentation: Contribute feedback and insights to product support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Feedback Collection: Gather and report user feedback to the product and development teams to help improve the overall user experience.

Compliance: Assist in the verification and screening of accounts to ensure compliance with SAP standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Product, PR, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive and positive user experience.

Current university student

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer service.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.

Preferred Skills

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changes and challenges.
