What you'll do:
- Triage and route incoming customer incidents via the global support queue, ensuring timely response in line with SLA requirements.
- Communicate directly with global customers to gather case details and validate incident priority.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to investigate issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Support knowledge sharing by documenting case outcomes and contributing to team process improvements.
- Assist senior team members with daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What you bring:
- We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Full-time university students who will graduate in 2027 or after.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Open to all majors – a proactive attitude matters more than your field of study.
- Available for a 6-month full-time commitment (5 working days for a week will be preferred).
- Expected work time: May 2026 – Dec 2026 (1 year will be a big plus).
Work Location: 269 16 4F
Meet your team: SAP Product Support makes sure that customer's incidents and tickets can be dealt at the first time. In this position, you can closely work with global colleagues and communicate with customers from different countries. You will negotiate with them and check basic information to validate incident priority. After the internship, you will get familiar with SAP product and know standards processing procedures. What's more, you can practice verbal English and improve yourself in the multi-national working environments.
