What You'll Do:

As a consultant in implementation team at SAP Concur, you will be the main point of contact for our customers to manage our implementation projects for our Travel & Expense product.

1. Manage end to end implementation by acting in the roles of Project Manager and Functional Consultant. Activities include but are not limited to: leading design, understanding and analyzing client requirements, providing guidance on best practices, designing third-party integrations, training clients and preparing for deployment of services – all within defined time frame of completion.
2. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
3. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
4. Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous projects by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and client / partner issues are addressed while adhering to Concur's SOPs.
5. Work with the customers on integrations aspects to achieve a robust & reliable end to end solution
6. Actively manage expectations, scope & stakeholders to avoid delivery escalations
7. Effectively communicate and work with internal and client teams

What You Bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and virtual presentation skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
• 5-10 years of consulting experience
• Experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate implementation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Project Management experience
• Consulting experience in enterprise systems
• Technical design and configuration expertise to complete realization and deployment of product in line with the business process
• Good problem solving and issue articulation skills
