To improve the customer experience at Stuckey Automotive Collision Center by providing complete customer concern resolution, and support to collision teams.
Job Responsibilities:
路 Greet customers, gather information, and assist in collision center process when needed
路 Assist in payroll for all Techs accurately while deducting cost for painter and tech helpers
路 Be the primary point of contact for incoming collision calls and answer phone calls before the third ring with a warm greeting
路 Submit warranty for all OEM's (Ford, Subaru, Buick GMC, Mitsubishi)
路 Responsible for ensuring all accounts receivables are no older than 30 days
路 Work with rental car coordinator to ensure compliance
路 Understand the Rome system and how to open and close repair orders as well as keeping scheduled work organized and calling assignments in CCC one
路 Assist with all aspects of cashiering function
路 Assist in other areas when asked by department manager
路 Export repair order detail to Auto/Mate daily
路 Prepare Auto/Mate purchase orders
路 Reconcile accounts receivable schedule between Rome and Auto/Mate monthly
