As the IT Sr. Technical Service Delivery Lead, you are responsible for supporting service delivery within the Sales & Marketing Operations space, which includes Web Applications and Revenue Management application support. You will utilize your technical knowledge needed to deliver system enhancements, vendor management and technical requirements for our businesses. You will be a subject matter expert and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and help support the end-to-end technical solution. You will monitor vendor performance against agreed expectations (contractual or otherwise) including regular vendor meetings to review expectations and performance.
