As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping relationships with major hospital groups across Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, with a primary focus on Mexico. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring integration with the company's Mako strategy
Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability
Translate clinical benefits into economic value for healthcare providers using financial-based selling tools
Represent Stryker at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and market presence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment
Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients
Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite executives
Experience introducing innovative technologies into new markets
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese
Degree in Engineering or related fields
