Work Flexibility: Hybrid
Collaboration with clients (healthcare workers) – email and phone contact.
Contact with the Sales Department.
Management of consignee warehouses.
Management of orders.
Checking the availability of goods.
Issuing pro-forma invoices and corrections.
Coordination of goods deliveries to customers.
Cooperation with the finance department regarding credit control: payment terms, credit limits.
Explaining possible discrepancies with clients/sales representatives.
Cooperation with various company departments to ensure the highest efficiency and quality of customer service processes.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Higher education.
Very good proficiency in MS Office.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Very good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in coordinating team work or processes, e.g., in project or replacement roles.
Leadership predisposition and the ability to take initiative in daily tasks.
Willingness to develop in the direction of process or team management.
Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and work under time pressure.
Accuracy, concentration on details.
Excellent ability to work in a team.
