Account Executive - Farmer II

The mission of Farmer | Inside is to act strategically to retain and monetize a portfolio of clients, adding value to the relationship and being a reference in payment methods products and technology. Thus, the challenge consists of attending to the client and ensuring their satisfaction, providing support and acting on commercial demands through consultative sales and projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the client portfolio to identify possible improvements in the service, approaching the relationship and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for up sell, cross-sell, and new business fronts.
  • Contact clients to map performance and opportunities, making negotiations and renegotiations.
  • Create metrics and best practices to anticipate possible churns and act in their reversal.
  • Analyze the KPIs of the portfolio and send performance reports to the main clients.
  • Interface with the technology team for the sale and implementation of new products and solutions.

What we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Analytical capacity and knowledge in Excel.
  • Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction techniques (NPS).
  • Experience (1 to 2 years) and knowledge in sales techniques and methodologies.
