As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations at our studio Twin Harbour office in Hamburg. Based on your previous experience, you will answer incoming requests, set priorities and take initiative to automate or improve processes.
You will be responsible for technical support of the Twin Harbour office but also support the global Group IT team on larger projects and security initiatives.
You are reporting to the IT Manager in Hamburg and be a part of the Hamburg IT team. The role is primarily onsite.
