Work Hour: 12 hour shift, 8am-8pm OR 8pm-8am

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer's demand for aircraft spares and enquiries.
  • Help program to recover any AOG requirement.
  • Follow up on delivery schedule on the exchange or purchase of components.
  • Prepare packing list for delivering of units to customer.
  • Co-ordination of all shipments to the customer.
  • All rotables shipped are tracked and reported in handover report.
  • Response to all customer enquiries by emails.
  • Following up quotations, purchase orders and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Sourcing of aircraft component
  • Open to 12 hr shift
