Work Hour: 12 hour shift, 8am-8pm OR 8pm-8am
Responsibilities:
Handle customer's demand for aircraft spares and enquiries.
Help program to recover any AOG requirement.
Follow up on delivery schedule on the exchange or purchase of components.
Prepare packing list for delivering of units to customer.
Co-ordination of all shipments to the customer.
All rotables shipped are tracked and reported in handover report.
Response to all customer enquiries by emails.
Following up quotations, purchase orders and customer requests in a timely manner.
Sourcing of aircraft component
Open to 12 hr shift
