Bank Customer Check Deposit Processor

In this role primary responsibilities include:

  • Processing bank customer check deposits which include scanning and transmitting to our vendor FiServ daily.
  • Placing and verifying stop payments requests
  • General Ledger reconciliation and DDA Settlement reconciliation and reporting.
  • ACH Payment research
  • Responding to daily internal client inquiries via branch banking mailbox.
  • Assist with answering branch banking hotline phone, assist retirement services customer with check verifications and ACH inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics
