What you will do:

• Manage and expand the client portfolio, attracting new accounts and strengthening existing relationships
• Identify and analyze the complex needs of clients, proposing customized solutions in the field of telecommunications and technology
• Actively participate in tenders, negotiations, and closing major commercial contracts
• Collaborate with technical teams for the implementation of solutions and to ensure a top-notch customer experience
• Monitor account performance indicators, including retention and upsell, to contribute to the growth of recurring revenues
• Participate in networking events and conferences, continuously developing the client portfolio and company brand

What we look for:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify hidden opportunities and transform technical needs into business solutions
• Higher education in economics, management, or telecommunications
• Driving license, category B
