Desktop Support Analyst

Are you looking to become part of an international organization as a Desktop Support Analyst? Are you a star in providing support to approximately 700 colleagues across Europe in the field of IT? In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of four team members spread across the Netherlands and Italy. You will provide support both on-site and remotely to all locations in the Netherlands (5) and Belgium (2). In addition to these countries, you will also support all other employees in Europe from the Netherlands (currently Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany).

What are your main responsibilities?

• Analyze and solve hardware, software, and connectivity problems for end users, both desk-side and remote, to support employees working in various offices in Europe.
• Create and update accurate and consistent records and manage the lifecycle of designated IT assets, including secure removal of outdated assets.
• Adhere to service management practices and meet agreed/permitted/scheduled timelines for creating, resolving, and progressing all IT incidents and service requests.
• Perform queue management activities, including daily management and monitoring of incident and service request queues, and alerting managers about trends.
• Monitor progress and contribute to solving problems, advising users on the status of the issue.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to our internal customers.
• Ensure that the office IT environment is clean, organized, well-documented, safe, and secure.

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Apple iPhone/iPad is a plus.
• Good customer relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s license is a plus and the ability to travel is essential.
• Good proficiency in Dutch and English, both in speech and writing.
