Key Account Coordinator

The Key Account Coordinator is responsible for driving the brands of our portfolio by identifying marketing opportunities for the products according to the client segment, with the objective of ensuring the optimal distribution and availability of our products in the market where we operate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet commercial objectives by client, channel, country, region, and brand
  • Identify the needs of its clients in order to make proposals that maximize the commercial relationship
  • Inform its clients of new products or categories that provide business opportunities
  • Inform its clients about substitution, technical changes or innovations made in our products or brands/SBU and the added value that entails for their business and the consumer
  • Complement with the Demand Accelerator Coordinator (DX) the sell out processes to create better sell in strategies.
  • Know and assertively manage the assortment of our brands
  • Analyze market information, in terms of brand participation, imports, sell in
  • Know the profile of the end user of each brand/SBU
  • Meet the company's commercial policies, defining parameters by client that guarantee market growth and timely collection of sales made
  • Ensure the correct commercialization of our brands in terms of: price, image, and availability (application of MSRP)
  • Analyze inventories by brand, category, and product to promote their timely sale and meet rotation objectives
  • Request and follow up on credit and debit notes requested in order that they are registered in the applicable period or month
  • Know the commercial agreements by client, rebate by brand and volume, cooperation and strategic agreements; follow up on these agreements and define actions for their compliance.
  • Manage and maximize cooperative investment funds (COOP).
    • Alignment meetings with the Regional team, Cluster Manager.
    • Prepare management reports.
    • Process credit notes related to promotional activities (COOP).

Requirements of the Position

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Sales, Marketing (Preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience onwards.
  • Preferably with knowledge of the industrial, construction, hardware or similar sector
  • SAP management (preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced Office
