Transportation & Grounds supports a wide array of functions from parking and transportation services to the sustainable management of over 1.8 million square feet of outdoor space. The business unit oversees parking and traffic management, transportation demand management, shuttle operations, hospital transportation operations center, fleet management, technology and data, patient transport, communications and outreach, landscaping and hardscaping, and exterior maintenance. Transportation & Grounds manages 30 parking garages/ lots, 15,000+ parking spaces, 5,000 vehicles per day, 1,400+ riders per day, 125+ parking interactions per day, 50+ tree and plant species, and 1,000+ pieces of furniture. The Program Project Coordinator for Transportation Services provides support for sustainable transportation operations across multiple Stanford Medicine entities. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of: Transportation Demand Management programs such as transit passes, commuter buses, and carpool; fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, management, and safety; and patient and staff shuttle programs. This is an on-site at Stanford Health Care, with a primary work location in Palo Alto. This person should be capable of quick learning and problem solving, while managing operational projects that require coordination with neighboring departments. The role will engage directly with staff, patients, and visitors as a representative of Transportation Services, providing information and support related to Transportation Demand Management Programs.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $42.49 - $55.24 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
