The Benefits Administrator will support the technical and operational administration of employee benefit programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role works closely with the benefits strategy team, payroll, and external vendors including Fidelity and carriers. The administrator will ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit transactions, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide support to employees and stakeholders regarding benefit programs.
