Develop and maintain sales policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sales channels.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track sales performance at individual, team, and regional levels.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, and customer behavior.
Prepare and present regular reports to sales leadership and executives on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Own the onboarding and training process for new sales representatives on our sales tools, processes, and methodologies.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team, resolving operational issues and helping them work more efficiently.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Work closely with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and manage the sales order process from order to delivery.
Support sales channels, including retail partners, e-commerce, and wholesale, with operational needs, promotions, and data reporting.
