Become Part of Our Customer Success Team

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Intern (m/f/d) to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic and transformative international team of professionals. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team. From day one, you will help make a positive impact on Speexx and the L&D tech industry.

This internship position not only provides valuable insights into a dynamic and growing industry but also offers the chance to further develop your skills within an international software company and on a market-leading all-in-one platform for people development.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Online Training Projects: Oversee the planning and coordination of online training programs in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Student Engagement: Stay connected with students through follow-ups to assess their interest, answer questions, and keep them motivated throughout the learning journey.
  • Monitor and Report Progress: Track key metrics and performance by compiling reports and providing regular updates.
  • Prepare for Client Meetings: Create well-organized presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools to support impactful client discussions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Fluent in Spanish (at least level C1) and proficient in English
  • You are available to support us for up to 25 hours per week
