We currently have an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Junior IT Support Officer on-site role in Limassol. The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have extensive networking and systems administration skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Configuring new users
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Working schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 09:00- 18:00 or 10:00 -19:00 or 11:00- 20:00 with one (1) hour break.
• Friday 09:00 – 15:00 or 12:00-18:00 with half-hour break (30 minutes).
• Working shifts are applicable on a rotation basis.

Candidate Profile:

• 1-year hands-on experience
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Experience in Windows operation systems
• Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals
• Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol
• Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations
• Availability to work in dynamic working hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage.
