Sales Order Coordinator

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete the daily sales order confirmations for the sales team through CRM system.
- Follow up with delivery team to ensure timely deliveries as per customers' expectations
- Keep track of projects awarded, and maintain good track of deadlines and ensure delivery on time.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly.
- Document every case that works on at CRM system (shipments and invoices).
- Keep the projects on system up to date.
- Ensure smooth workflow, less mistake on deliveries and invoicing.
- Ensure solving all sales operations arising problems in a creative way without the need to return to direct manager.
- Keep good track of all orders for the assigned Projects, advise sales team of such.
