Host virtual appointments (via Zoom/phone) to review benefit programs with members
Work with teammates to achieve shared performance goals
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance client experience and streamline processes
Authorization to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an asset)
Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based roles is an advantage (not required)
Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools with strong attention to detail
Excellent listening and communication skills — both written and verbal
Team-first attitude with strong collaboration abilities
