Customer Experience Operations Intern

As a Customer Experience Operations Intern your day to day will include assisting the Customer Experience department by working on various projects and initiatives to help the organization continue to grow while gaining valuable hands-on experience. As part of the comprehensive internship program, interns will participate in events which help them build a strong network within the SJI community and with fellow interns. Interns enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment throughout this 11-week summer program. The Ignite Internship Program also offers participants mentorship, educational seminars, volunteer opportunities, and visibility within the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Provide support to the department that most closely matches your career interests and courses of study.
• Prepare and collaborate on a cross-functional project with the opportunity to present to the SJI Executive Leadership Team
• Regular meetings with assigned mentor and various organizational leaders to discuss goals and professional development
• You will gain knowledge of different project structures; requirements gathering, creating, and executing test scenarios.
• You will be working closely with results driven individuals who also have a strong background in IT and project methodologies.
• Learn to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and work to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Required Background:

• The ideal candidate would be a rising Junior, Senior or Master's student but all students are welcome for consideration.
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Atlantic City NJ, Monday through Friday during daytime business hours

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient skills with investigation and problem solving
• A professional demeanor, with a strong sense of commitment and the ability to evaluate complex information.

Compensation Range: $17 - 28

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate's qualifications, education, and experience.
