Customer Service Representative

Assistant Position

As a temporary assistant based in Watertown, SD, you will play a key role in supporting customers, the outside sales team, and internal teams by ensuring seamless account setup, order processing, and accurate customer invoicing. This role is essential for managing the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, coordinating with both external and internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Support customers, the outside sales team, and internal teams with account setup, order processing, and customer invoicing.
• Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with external and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide exceptional service to customers by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Essential skills include:

• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Power Bi.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with customers.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

• High School Diploma required.

Work environment:

• Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
