It Support Technician

This is a four-week project supporting a client in the upstate and their many locations. This contractor will be working with a lead tech to travel amongst different sites to ensure that they are set up and fully functioning, which includes setting up computers, laptops, printers, A/V equipment, etc. The majority of the contract will be following very detailed instructions for plugging in devices and ensuring they are working properly. If the equipment isn't working, they may need to be able to troubleshoot the problem and/or report it to ensure the next level of support is aware of the issue. They could be changing out hardware as well. There may be a chance these consultants need to help with repairing chromebooks. This person will be required to drive their own vehicle from site to site within the Greenville area. They will work 37.5 hours per week for approximately four weeks.

Top Skills' Details:

• Past hands-on PC tech experience (1-2 years) - internships count!
• Experience with device set-up/connectivity
• Strong customer service, professionalism and attention to detail

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A+ Certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
