Location: Columbia, SC Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Position Summary: We are seeking a Technology Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance at two locations for a large, reputable organization. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. The position is a backfill for an employee currently on leave, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will be responsible for resolving approximately 10–12 support tickets per day, focusing on hardware and software issues such as computer malfunctions, smartboard troubleshooting, and occasional printer setup. This is Level 1 support with tasks including imaging, Windows troubleshooting, and hardware deployment. There is no phone support, Mac support, or Active Directory work involved—this is a purely hands-on role that demands professionalism and clear communication when working with staff.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, SC.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
