Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries.

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain customer records and track interactions.
• Communicate effectively through email correspondence to address client needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to support documentation and reporting requirements.
• Maintain a calm and attentive demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call center customer service or a related field.
• Strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in data entry and handling email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
