Branch Member Service Representative
State Credit Union is in need of a Branch Member Service Representative at our Greenville Branch in Greenville, SC to provide sales and service associated with accounts. The MSR will support the branch by performing Teller and MSR duties. In this position, the candidate will have the pleasure of serving members needs in order to better their financial lives all while working in a high-quality work life balanced organization. All candidates must be sales oriented, enjoy working with the public and have a professional attitude. Cash handling and customer service experience is required with Teller and lending experience preferred. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Function as a Teller daily during peak times and when there is a staffing need
- Receive incoming members, determine the nature of their request, and either process the request or direct the request to the appropriate person/department for assistance.
- Assist members with account maintenance.
- Open member accounts.
- Cross-sell products and service to meet the needs of SCU members
