Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Channel Account Manager. This is a remote role that can be located anywhere in the United States, with preference for those residing east of the Mississippi. What you'll do: The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will work as part of a team dedicated to strengthening Eaton's datacenter and power infrastructure business within CDW. This role focuses on driving technical and commercial alignment across sales teams, sales leadership, and CDW Solution Architects, with a heavy emphasis on UPS systems, IT racks, power distribution, and datacenter physical infrastructure. The CAM will partner closely with CDW Power ISA's and Field Sellers to identify, qualify, and close complex power and datacenter opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery around load requirements, redundancy architecture, runtime needs, rack elevation planning, airflow and thermal considerations, and solution compatibility within customer IT environments. The candidate will support quoting and configuration for UPS (1-phase & 3-phase), rack enclosures, ePDU/PDUs, monitoring solutions, and supporting connectivity. The CAM will maintain strong customer and partner relationships through consultative, technically informed selling. They will also develop and execute targeted sales and marketing programs, lead advanced product trainings, run workshops, and support revenue growth for Eaton's datacenter product portfolio within CDW.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $123,750-$181,500. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
