Account Manager/Outside Sales

To act as the business manager and leader for the assigned contractor account package by increasing the value of Codale to our customers, growing the volume and profitability of the assigned contractor account base, and promoting all Codale's products and services professionally and ethically.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead customers to Codale's unique value propositions by changing our customer's status quo.
  • Develop market strategies and sales growth plans for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various levels of customer organizations through providing value and insight to customers on their business and market conditions.
  • Negotiate, develop, and coordinate implementation of effective price/cost strategy for account base.
  • Prospect for new accounts as applicable
  • Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and vendor representatives
  • Conduct regular joint sales calls with Vendor representatives on contractor customers
  • Work with different functional areas to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Support all corporate Codale initiatives
  • Identify trends and emerging disruptive forces affecting the local electrical contractor market and relay this information to Codale management.
  • Coordinate and plan with Inside Sales Reps, and all other Codale specialists to ensure customers are receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion.
