The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sr. Account Manager, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. Position intended for individuals who have basic sales experience and have demonstrated the ability to apply basic selling skills and manage sales territory with regular supervision. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
  • Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
  • Coordinates efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
  • Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, and communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications:

  • University graduate with medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
  • Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
  • Optimistic, hard-working and innovative.
  • Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset.

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 35% domestic travel

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
