The impact you will have in this role:

As a KAE, you will play a key role in developing the commercial clients assigned in the Dental Solutions Division. In this role, you will lead and participate in the execution of promotion, education, and sales activities of our solutions, as well as manage the closure of opportunities, generating the introduction of new products, increasing their rotation thus impacting sales.

As a KAE in the Dental Solutions business, you will have the opportunity to explore your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here, you will make an impact:

  • Achieving sales results of assigned clients
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and resolve any problems related to dental supplies.
  • You will apply your sales skills on the ground, visiting branches, teaching our solutions, training, relating to different areas within the client, implementing campaigns, making commercial agreements.
  • You will support the team with market information
  • You will establish a pipeline of opportunities (pipeline 3x) in Salesforce.com, which provides coverage over the assigned forecast.
  • You will lead specific projects related to the implementation of new products or services in the dental field
  • You will develop and execute a business plan for the short and medium term (1-3 years).
  • You will work hand in hand with our distributors to close the proposed opportunities.

Your skills and experience:

  • Technical and/or professional degree in administration or health careers.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a sales role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong computer skills and database management: PowerPoint, Excel (competent), Word, Salesforce.com

  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven financial and analytical skills sufficient to identify key data requirements and develop associated recommendations.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment or in a large and complex organization
  • Superior and demonstrated relationship building and management skills. The ability to develop working relationships at multiple levels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Great analytical capacity
  • Strong negotiation skills, high capacity for analysis, prioritization, and execution.
  • Current driver's license.
