Commercial Sales Position

Commercialize and promote the company's products and services, as well as prospect and find potential clients, present projects, follow up on clients, and achieve contract closures. Reach sales objectives and goals.

Prospect potential clients, establish and coordinate meetings to understand and analyze customer needs and any other meetings required for the development and closure of the sale.

Coordinate the relevant aspects of all open processes and offers with clients.

Coordinate the activities necessary to support clients in identifying technical specifications to request in the briefs prior to their publication.

Present offers to private or public clients when required to allow them to prepare their budgets.

Create detailed proposal documents for the presentation of offers.

Coordinate the presentation and submission of tenders ensuring they are complete, aligned with the tender, and meet the requirements, as well as follow up on them.

Follow up on clients, negotiate the terms of the contract to make an effective closure.

Record information on offers and sales closures in the company's system.

Coordinate and deliver the won projects to engineering, as well as perform the "kick off" of the project opening with the client and engineering.

Ensure the compliance of delivery times or deadlines in the tenders and everything related to their delivery.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future clients with the aim of developing long-term relationships and prospecting new businesses.

Collect information about the market and clients to ensure a proposal aligned with their needs and environment.

Review their own sales performance with the aim of meeting or exceeding expected results.

Attend client events, team meetings, inter-team coordination, regional, and any other meetings related to their job position and the company.

Identify the needs of their area, propose alternatives, and suggest best practices in their job position.

Comply with the information security, cybersecurity, and privacy protection requirements established in the organization.

Perform other functions in congruence with the scope of their competence assigned by their immediate supervisor.
