Your primary responsibility is to deliver comprehensive customer support across multiple channels. The goal is to assist every customer who contacts the service desk in a timely and professional manner. This means responding to enquiries, offering guidance, and conducting verification checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding Digidentity products, offering guidance and assistance to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Vocational/university of applied sciences (HBO) level of thinking and working.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
