Territory Account Manager – Professional Division

DIVERSEY Hellas S.A. is seeking a talented and passionate Territory Account Manager to join our Professional Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build a rewarding career within a leading multinational organisation.

What You'll Be Doing As A Territory Account Manager

  • Grow and manage sales within an assigned territory, developing strong relationships with existing customers and securing new business
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with company policy
  • Ensure effective implementation of key account agreements through reporting and data analysis
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets while tracking competitor activity
  • Plan and prioritise activities to maximise performance
  • Collaborate closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Train customer teams on the effective use of products and solutions

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales
  • University degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Food Chemistry an advantage)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Clean driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
