Territory Account Manager – Professional Division

DIVERSEY Hellas S.A. is seeking a talented and passionate Territory Account Manager to join our Professional Division.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing existing accounts and winning new customers
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts in line with company policies
  • Ensure effective implementation of key account agreements through data analysis and reporting
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Monitor and report competitor activity
  • Plan and prioritise activities to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Collaborate closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Train customer personnel on the correct use of products and solutions
  • What You'll Bring:

    • 1–4 years of successful sales experience
    • University degree (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Food Chemistry is an advantage)
    • Excellent command of English
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Clean driving license and flexibility to travel
    • Self-motivated, well-organised and results-driven mindset
    • Persistence in achieving objectives and identifying new business opportunities
    • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels
